SpaceX Is Miltech

It is my prediction that SpaceX will turn out to be a defence contractor rather than one with civilian applications like reusable rockets for space exploration and LEO based ISP.

Space warfare is the next game-changer for the attack defence industry. And it will be rather convenient for the USA to have a “private” company work on contractual basis and provide plausible deniability.

USSF may not get significant power projection capabilities yet because it will piss the world off if someone starts speaking about destroying satellites but certainly having infrasture in space ready for whatever creative uses staff can find eventually will be helpful. Whether its targetting advesary satellites or helping guide missiles towards critical military infrastructure.
